Self Injury

Self injury or harm is defined as (but not limited to) cutting, burning, scratching, hitting, or slapping one’s self to release anxiety or stress. It can be done for many reasons, but those are the main ones. It is an addictive behavior and can be hard to understand from the outside, but is a serious problem, and there is help. If you or someone you know is suffering from this, there is help.
